ALERT : Beware, Kerosene Mixed With Petrol In Maiduguri.

It has come to the knowledge of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) in Maiduguri that Kerosene mixed with petrol is currently in circulation within the state.

In an interview with Borno NSCDC commandant, Mr Ibrahim Abdullahi, disclosed that some patriotic citizens tipped the command on the circulation of the adulterated product. He noted that his command haS been receiving distress calls from the public.

In our investigation, a man from Maiduguri reported that his entire house was almost burnt down when used an adulterated kerosene He said "We are surprised how they mixed kerosene with petrol,we dont know weather it is another plan by Boko haram to cause havoc".

The NSCDC commadant then assured the public that the command would leave no stone unturned to arrest and bring to book whoever was responsible for this dangerous act, he therefore urged the public not to hesitate to report any form of nefarious activities to the law enforcement agencies
